By accessing or using Daily Debate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Users must be at least 13 years old to use Daily Debate.
Description of Service
Daily Debate is a platform where users can vote on debate topics, view results, and participate in discussions through comments. The service is available on the web and via our mobile app.
The core service is free to use. We may display advertising (such as banner ads) to support the platform.

Accounts and Access
Daily Debate may provide access through anonymous or account-based systems (such as Firebase authentication). You are responsible for activity associated with your account or session.
User Conduct
When using Daily Debate, you agree NOT to:
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful
- Use excessive profanity, slurs, or discriminatory language
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Spam or post repetitive content
- Attempt to manipulate votes or engagement through technical or deceptive means
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Collect or attempt to collect information about other users
- Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Remove or attempt to remove content posted by other users without authorization.
Content Guidelines
We aim to maintain a respectful environment.
- Keep comments relevant to the debate topic
- Respect differing opinions
- No personal attacks or harassment
- No spam, advertising, or self-promotion
We may use automated systems to detect and filter content.
Comments and User Content
By posting content (including comments or suggestions), you:
- Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content
- Represent that you have the right to post such content
- Understand that content may be publicly visible
We do not endorse user-generated content or opinions.
Debate Suggestions
- Suggestions must be suitable for two-sided debate
- Content that promotes hate or discrimination is not allowed
- All suggestions are subject to review and approval
Voting
- Each user is generally limited to one vote per debate
- Attempts to vote multiple times or manipulate results are prohibited
- Votes may not be changeable after submission depending on current functionality
- Demographic information is optional and not required to vote
We do not guarantee the accuracy or fairness of voting results.
Moderation
We reserve the right to:
- Remove or modify any content at our discretion
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason
- Enforce these Terms as we see appropriate
We are not obligated to remove content and do not guarantee that all violations will be identified or addressed.
Disclaimer
Daily Debate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of user-generated content
- That the service will meet your expectations or requirements
User comments and votes represent individual opinions and do not reflect the views of Daily Debate or its operators.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Debate and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
